Master Plan
Our master plan for our new condominium project includes both single story and two story detached villa units as part of our new Phase 2 development. The 10 villas are to be built on lot 16 in Phase 2, and the location of each villa has been designed for optimum views of the surrounding mountains and valley. Condominium owners will have the advantage of being a part of our larger community at Vistas de Chirripo Country Estates, but with the convenience and additional security of condo living, the use of common facilities specifically for condo residents, and no lot maintenance. Each villa will come with full title to the land that includes the villa and a small surrounding yard as shown on the master plan.
Common Area
The common area shared by all condo residents is more than 6 acres bordering on a pretty creek and includes the following improvements:
- swimming pool and pool house;
- pathways, with tropical landscaping, connecting each detached villa to the pool area;
- nature trails to a recreational area that includes a rancho structure with barbecue facilities;
- caretaker/security person housing on site.
Villa units
The villas are architecturally designed and will be inspected by an architect throughout the construction process. The single story villas are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units and are approximately 1800 square feet including the under-roof terrace area and an attached garage. The two story villas are 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom units with a private study on the second level which could also be a third bedroom, and are approximately 2500 square feet including the under-roof terrace and balcony areas and an attached garage. Master bedrooms in both villas open to a private terrace or balcony.
All villas are of concrete construction for both exterior and interior walls, steel-reinforced, and have high-grade metal roofing, plumbing and electrical done to North American standards and superior fixtures, ceramic tiling on floors throughout including all terrace and balcony areas, hardwood doors, select hardwood accenting, and built-in hardwood cabinets. Construction and finishing quality is superior. Kitchen appliances are included, and turn-key units with all furnishings included are optional.
Villa pricing
Pricing is for fully-finished villas and includes all architect’s fees, building permits, land transfer costs, and all other costs. Landscaping is included, as are kitchen appliances. Our pre-completion price for the single story villa is only $189,000USD and for the two story villa $249,000USD. We have sample floor plans available, but custom designing of the available floor space is also possible.
