CCR Propiedades e Inversiones S.A  is a developer of real estate in beautiful southern Costa Rica.  We specialize in residential developments in locations that are particularly suited for international residents.  We presently have a variety of properties for sale including building lots and development properties.

Our focus is on sustainable development in locations of natural beauty that are also in close proximity to essential services and other amenities. Costa Rica has many advantages as a tropical destination for international residents, including political, economic, and social stability, excellent health care, secure land ownership for foreigners, and a reasonable cost of living. The southern part of the country – la Zona Sur – adds the dimensions of natural beauty and bio-diversity in abundance. With its verdant mountains, forested valleys, clear rivers and streams, unspoiled tropical beaches, and access to natural parks and preserves with primary rainforest and one of the highest levels of plant and animal diversity in the world, southern Costa Rica is a tropical paradise. Lower land costs and a safer environment, with the lowest crime level in the country, make southern Costa Rica not only a beautiful but also a very practical choice for living.

Our present properties include our Country Estates development at Vistas de Chirripo, beautifully situated in the perpetually green foothills of the Talamanca mountains, bordering on Chirripo National Park, but within close proximity to all the services and amenities of the friendly city of San Isidro de el General, in Perez Zeledon, known as the gateway to the Zona Sur. There we have completed Phase 1 and now Phase 2 of Vistas de Chirripo Country Estates, and a true community of international residents has taken shape. Estate-sized lots in Phase 2 are now available for purchase, together with a few remaining lots in Phase 1, and a condominium project is in the planning stages.

We also offer development parcels near the Pacific ocean, one in the settled community of Ojochal and two large parcels with wonderful ocean views in the area of the Diquis delta, an emerging growth area in the country with both a newly completed regional hospital and a planned international airport nearby.
