2010 Development Update

Phase 1 of Vistas de Chirripo Country Estates now features 8 fully completed homes, designed by local architects and built by local contractors, all at local prices. The total cost of an estate-sized lot and a custom-built home with landscaping, in this tropical paradise, is extremely affordable by comparison with any other desirable location in the world. More homes are in the planning stages.
Phase 2 lots are now available, with the first two having been purchased this year, and there will soon be new homes starting on Phase 2 as well, adding to our Vistas community. Vistas residents love their outdoor lifestyle, year-round in this temperate climate, as reflected in their home designs.
