CCR PROPIEDADES E INVERSIONES S.A. ( CCR ) is a Canadian – Costa Rican collaboration, developing property in the southern zone of Costa Rica for residential acreages.  CCR is pleased to announce its new development in the countryside near the fast-growing city of San Isidro de el General, in Perez Zeledon, the gateway to the southern zone – VISTAS DE CHIRRIPO Country Estates.  This development is located 12 km. east of San Isidro, in the foothills of the Talamanca mountain range leading up to Mount Chirripo.  Our acreages offer spectacular valley and rainforested mountain views, with good access, a large common preserve, and all necessary services. Fully serviced estate lots in naturally beautiful mountain surroundings, but with city amenities and gorgeous tropical beaches nearby  -- this is the lifestyle available at VISTAS DE CHIRRIPO Country Estates.  Our estate lots are now available for sale.

VISTAS DE CHIRRIPO Country Estates gained attention in an article in The Tico Times, the major English-language newspaper in Costa Rica, on residential developments in southern Costa Rica this past October.

Thanks,Howard & Paige Swartz

After meeting with Bill Herle, who we felt very comfortable with from the start, and viewing the property for the first time we think this is a fantastic development.

The magnitude of the landscape is not appreciated until you stand there in person. Then to be protected from further development across the river by Las Nubes Biological Reserve and Chirripo National Park to the east is in our opinion the best situation.

Also with the possibility of being included in a biological corridor connecting Las Nubes Biological Reserve and Los Cusingos bird sanctuary is a bonus.

To be part, albeit a small part, of reforestation and conservation of our planet is a wonderful opportunity.

May we suggest you take a look.

Howard and Paige Swartz
